Rules Q&A
- Q: If An Empty Victory is in effect can a player who has one of the highest two honor totals use his Ginawa and then say, "Oops. Can't attack. Sorry." Does An Empty Victory stop him from using the ability on Ginawa?
A: No. Losing your attack is an effect, not a cost, of Ginawa's action. Jeff Alexander, "replies to 15-16 September 2001", 17 Sep 2001 - Q: Emperor's Peace resolves on my opponent's event phase. On my event phase, An Empty Victory resoloves. Will he have to declare an attack against me?
A: No. Zen Faulkes, "An Empty Victory and Emperor's Peace", 20 Jun 2007
