Ikoma Tatsunori Political Tactical Reaction : Before you gain Honor during a battle (including resolution): Negate the gain. Draw a card.
A: No. Each Reaction to a given trigger resolves completely before further Reactions to the original trigger may be taken (although Reactions to the targeting or effects of that Reaction may be taken while the first Reaction is being resolved). If a Reaction causes a trigger effect to disappear (usually by negating that effect), no further Reactions to that trigger may be taken.
