Q: So to make it clear, using Inferno first and then combining with Burn will only increase the RA strength and not carry over the bow effect. But since Burn cannot target someone with followers, neither can Inferno. So you'd need multiple copies of Inferno or something like Steal the Candle's Flame which is an actual interrupt that add strength to MA or RA
A: Kempy's assertion is that the bow effect doesn't carry; I disagree, but the CR is unclear and precedential contemporary rulings can't be found, due to scarcity of this sort of this interaction in Ivory/20F. Q: If I were to use. All the Inferno to hit a personality, and combine it with burn the mind, would both "bonus" effects trigger too?
A: All combined RAs need to be able to target the same target legally independently.
