Rules Q&A
- Q: Can you use the Iron Mempo to satisfy the cost of using scaring the Masses?
A: No. The Mempo has the Fear ability and uses it directly. Scaring the Masses only works when the Personality has the Fear. Jeff Alexander, "post for 22 May 2003", 23 May 2003 - Q: Iron Mempo: Battle: Once per battle, create Fear that bows all the Follower tokens in one unit. Citadel of Daigotsu: When one of your cards is producing Fear, you may bow the card to have the Fear also affect Personalities that do not have unbowed cards attached.
How does this interact with the Citadel. By my reading it could read,,,
1) Battle: Once per battle, create fear that bows all Personalities that do not have unbowed cards attached in one unit.
or
2) Battle: Once per battle, create Fear that bows all Personality tokens that do not have unbowed cards attached in one unit.
A: 2). Jeff Alexander, "post for 12 December 2001", 13 Dec 2001
