Rules Q&A
- Q: Does Isawa Wazuka has the water trait for purpose of renewed energy fully effect?
A: Wazuka does not have the Water trait. That also means she is not a Water Shugenja.
One of her abilities has the Water trait -- but the only time that changes whether the entire CARD is considered to have the trait is when the card is an Action card. Jeff Alexander, "rules for 17 March 2004", 18 Mar 2004
