- Q: [OBH] Doubts about Kaiu Sugimoto and actions from the hand. I remeber vagely that if you annunce an action from hand and Sugimoto reacts, you can decide to avoid pay costs from the action, the card come back to the hand and the card doesnt have memory from sugimoto reaction and in your next opportunity you can play it without the extra cost. What happens with reactions and engage, I do not remember well, if the card came back to hand, the chance pass to Sugimotos owner, if he do not plays a reaction or engange you lost the opportunity to play your reaction/engage?
A: As in Ivory+ only actions costs are gold or bow icon (in case of cards in play) we probably need to go earlier, into EE section. So Strategy card is just discarded if you can't pay a cost. ^^ this is from EE CR
