Rules Q&A
- Q: As you may all know, the Emerald Armor is now Diamond legal. Also as you may all know, Kakita Toshimoko Exp is Diamond legal due to the soul of proxy effect.
A: A proxy is just that -- a proxy. It is used *in place of* the Diamond Edition card, and it *plays* as the Diamond Edition card. Zen Faulkes, "Rules for 20 November 2003", 21 Nov 2003 - Q: If I used the card Uncertainty on say, Kakita Toshimoko X, then cast Energy Transference on him, what would result? Would the E.T. PKill be stopped by the Uncertainty, or would that be transfered to the Force?
A: Uncertainty would stop the death. Uncertainty sets the Personality's minimum Chi to 1. Energy Transference is, by definition, a Chi reduction if the Personality has less Force than Chi when it's cast, so it would stop at 1 instead of going to 0.
