Rules Q&A
- Q: Link Does this mean Blocked Supply Lines / Kitsuki Berii / (other send home with the same effective wording) will not lose the player honour, because Paneki is no longer at the location where he was targetted by the time the action resolves?
A: If the target is at the same location as Paneki when targeting occured, honor loss will occur regardless of where the target is when the action resolves. Chris Fuchs, "Paneki Xp4 (revisited) & send-home", 24 Jul 2007
