Rules Q&A
- Q: Zen said in a previous thread that Loruko can be Overconfidence-d when coming into play if you control at least 3 regions. But the Accumulated Rulings says: "While traits of a card are always active, even while the card is not in play, the traits of a card that is not in play do not affect anything except that card itself." Wouldn't this mean that Loruko gains the force bonus while in the deck/province everytime a Region comes into play? Therefore he couldn't be the target of Overconfidence. Does the same reasoning apply to Kitsuki Otojiro and Moto Akikazu? Thank you!
A: Whoops. True. Zen Faulkes, "Loruko + Overconfidence again", 3 Apr 2005
