• Q: 2. Does Kohuri allow you to cancel things targeting any Toturi's Army card or is just cards titled Toturi?
  Just to spell it out for those who are dumb like me :). Kohuri can prevent an action from targeting any Toturi's army personality or not????
  A: Not. The Personality needs the word "Toturi" in his or her name. (The "Toturi" trait, by itself in boldface and not as part of "Toturi's Army", would also work, but no such cards exist that don't already have the word "Toturi" in their titles.)   I would assume its any card that has Toturi in its title OR as a faction, but recently in a multiplayer, someone disagreed with that.
  A: Faction traits are inseparable. A "Toturi's Army" Personality is not necessarily a "Toturi" card, in the same way that a "Dragon Clan" Personality is not necessarily a Dragon. Jeff Alexander, "post for 21 May 2002", 22 May 2002
• Q: Also, can Kohuri cancel Isawa's Last wish targetting Toturi Sezaru/Tsudao since they are now cards?

• Q: Spirit Wars personality Kohuri has a reaction which allows him to be discarded whenever an Imperial or Toturi card is targeted with an action, thus cancelling the action. If I for example use Toturi Tsudao's Imperial Favor Battle Action and my opponent cancels it would I be able to discard Kohuri to cancel the action? In short does interacting with the Wind Cards and their effects (Confusion at Court, etc) count as targeting?
