  If i target a bowed duelist when i use this open action does the duel go still go off or does it become and illegal action since bowed people cant issue challanges. If no how is this different from saori?
  A: That's not the rule. It's "may not perform actions that issue challenges" (Diamond rules, pg. 54). Thus, the question is whether the Personality does perform the action on Living Blade Dojo, and he or she does, following criterion 3 on pg. 71 of the Diamond rulebook.
