Rules Q&A
- Q: May personalities (Tacticians) who moved in with Mieko's action be used for any action on Rain of Death?
A: Yes. Neither Action requires Targeting the Performing Tactician, as per the Web of Lies Rulesheet.
And yes, I checked with the Rules Junta on that one. Martin Lund, "Rules for 1 February 2005", 5 Feb 2005 - Q: I bring several tacticians into a battle with Matsu Mieko, and thus cards I own cannot target them.
I later play Rain of Death. Will activating any of the actions in Rain of Death target the performing tactician?
A: Nope. It is printed after Dawn of the Empire and does not explicitly target the performing Tactician. Martin Lund, "Rules for 18 January 2005", 21 Jan 2005
