- Q: If Matsu Nimuro was assigned to a different battle thus lowering the province strength of this province to "0" do I destroy the province with Tadenori even though he is bowed?
A: No (Diamond Edition rulebook, page 84). Zen Faulkes, "Rules for 2 November 2003", 2 Nov 2003 - Q: Here, there was a ruling that the "other ruling" was reversed, but the link in the OP's post links to a thread wherein the ruling lists itself as a reversal as well.
Coming back to the thread I linked above, is the ruling confirming that the Egg of P'an Ku can copy Matsu Nimuro xp2's ability or is it a reversal stating that it cannot do so?
