Can I use Akodo Yobi reaction to draw a card if he is at home?

A: Season of the Lion promos are now legal. Season of the Lion was originally scheduled to start March 1st. There were various delays, but even so, it began before the April 8th release date of Dark Allies, so its promos became legal when Dark Allies did.
