Rules Q&A
- Q: I looked this up and found no results... If I copy Rentatsu 's Limited action with Asahina Kitiaru, would I hage to keep Kitiaru bowed each turn to continue the copied ability off of Rentatsu or no? I am guessing no, but wanted to get a clarification. Thanks!
A: First of all, Kitiaru cannot copy Rentatsu's ability because it is not Political.
However, in a similar situation, when a Personality copies an ability, references to the original Personality's name become "this card", so the copying Personality would need to remain bowed to keep powering the ability. Jon Palmer, "Copying Bayushi Rentatsu", 29 Apr 2012
