- Q: If i'm playing Shiro Kitsuki with Bokkai and Hirohisa under 2 provinces, can i use the battle from the SH to bring Hirohisa into play for free, use his reaction to get Bokkai into play, then duel someone with Bokkai as the aditional action, win and react with him to put Hirohisa under a province again?
A: No.

I was under the impression that overlaying was only legal during a time when you could normally purchase a personality (LE rulebook, p.55). Since bringing people into play via Hirohisa's ability is during the Battle action segment, a time when you may not normally play a person, wouldn't this entire play be illegal?
