Rules Q&A
- Q: In a recent discussion on many temple master, it was mentioned that he doesn't retain the name of the previous personality...
So how does this interact with characters whose abilities that reference themselves? like Mirumoto Kenzo or Kitsuki Iweko?
Can they still use them, or are they SOL?
A: This is the same situation as copying abilities from other cards. The name is not relevant. Self-references mean "this card," and do not care about name changes. Martin Lund, "Rules for 15 September 2004", 21 Sep 2004
