Rules Q&A
- Q: A few questions about 1000 years of darkness:
1) Heroic Sacrifice and Mirumoto Tokeru: If Tokeru has two weapons attached, and plays Heroic Sacrifice to remove the double chi trait, would he immediately gain it back, since he didn't lose the "Gains Double Chi while he has two weapons attached", he merely lost the Double Chi trait, and so it would reassert itself?
A: The most recent effect removed his trait, so he would not have it. Jeff Alexander, "post for 4 Oct 2002", 7 Oct 2002 - Q: if I have a Mirumoto Tokeru in play with 2 weapons attached and I challenge someone to a [Iaijutsu] lesson, do I get the double chi trait?
A: Yes. The weapons are still attached. The effect is written on Tokeru, and Iaijutsu Lesson cares only about what's written on the weapons. Zen Faulkes, "Rules for 14 July 2002", 14 Jul 2002
