Rules Q&A
- Q: Question for the rules guys:
Can Moto Feng's reaction be used when playing a Deadly Ground?
A: No. Without an explicit "but before it resolves" clause, Reactions taken "AFTER a Terrain is played" will also occur after an Immediate Terrain resolves. Jeff Alexander, "post for 8 April 2002", 9 Apr 2002
