Rules Q&A
- Q: On my turn, Proposal of Peace flips. On my opponent's turn, he buys Asako Keiki for full. He does not gain Keiki's personal honor, but does he gain honor from Keiki's reaction?

Proposal of Peace Until the beginning of your second turn from now, negate all Honor gains for bringing Personalities into play.
Asako Keiki Reaction: After you bring a Personality into play: Gain 1 Honor.
A: http://rules.l5r.com/Glossary_H#Honor: "Honor gains that are contingent on the card entering play... mean the card has entered play 'gaining Honor,' unless the Honor gain was reduced to zero or negated." Zen Faulkes, "Proposal of Peace + Asako Keiki", 29 Mar 2009 - Q: Would Asako Keiki be able to use his reaction after using Yobanjin Fortress to create a 1/1 personality in the battle?
Asako Keiki Reaction: After you bring a personality into play: Gain 1 honor
Yobanjin Fortress: Battle: Bow this card: Create a 1/1 Yobanjin Personality in your army at the current battlefield. Remove him from the game after two more actions resolve or after the battle ends.

A: Created cards enter play right after they are created.
Heck, if they can not legally enter play they cease to exist immediately. Martin Lund, "Asako Keiki and Yobanjin Fortress", 11 Feb 2008 - Q: The Wardens Reaction says "After you bring a Personality into play without gaining honor...". Does this mean if I bring a Personality into play during the Dynasty Phase and don't gain their PH (either for an out-of-clan person or because I didn't pay full price) and I react with Asako Keiki to gain honor, am I now unable to attach Wardens to the card I just brought into play?
A: You didn't gain honor when you brought the Personality into play, you gained Honor from an action. Wardens is fine. Zen Faulkes, "Wardens + Asako Keiki", 2 Dec 2007 - Q: If you use the Ring of the Phoenix as a limited action to kill Houhou to bring Asako Keiki into play (for example...) do you pay 7g for Keiki or 0 gold?
A: http://rules.l5r.com/Costs_and_restrictions: "The mandatory costs of a card entering play are its Gold Cost (if any) and any other costs for entering play listed in its traits. Costs are mandatory by default."
"The Gold cost of any non-Action card type, found in the gold coin symbol, is a cost for it to enter play under any circumstance." Zen Faulkes, "Paying gold cost with Ring of the Phoenix", 7 Sep 2007 - Q: Do I gain the 1 Honor each time Keiki enters play, from his own reaction (since his ability states *after you bring*)?
A: Ah, I see. Yes. Zen Faulkes, "Asako Keiki Revisited", 11 Jul 2007 - Q: Asako Keiki: Since his ability says *after*, does this include himself whenever he comes (back) in play?
A: I think there's a word or two missing in that question.
If you're asking about the unlikely situation where Keiki is somehow dishonored and out of play, the Reaction would rehonor him.
Rules, Card States, Dishonor: "Before a player gains Honor from an action or trait that targeted, came from, or was performed by one or more of his or her dishonorable Personalities, the Personality is rehonored instead of the Honor being gained." Zen Faulkes, "Asako Keiki self-honored?", 11 Jul 2007
