Rules Q&A
- Q: Does Norio count as a Kharmic card for purposes of cycling given he possesses the keyword?
Or is that an unintended coincidence that needs changing?
A: It's an unintended consequence of the fact that titles conveyed keywords during the pre-SE era, but it's not to be changed. The Rule change has made older "Kharmic" cards now have added function. Enjoy cycling your monk, and a few other older cards as well (Kharmic Vengeance Spell, Kharmic Confrontation Strategy, et al.). Brook Cunningham, "LEGACY - Norio the Kharmic Monk", 2 Dec 2013
