I have Waystation of the path, and I'm in a battle: I have Asako karachu, Asako Heiwa and Asako Niou, and I use Heiwa's ability to give +3F to Niou, and then my opponent plays a battle action that destroys my Karachu, I react with my stronghold and overlay Karachu on Niou. How much force does this new personality have ? and why?

A: The simplest way to remember the rules for Overlay is to remember that the new Personality is, for all intents and purposes, the one that was overlaid.
