Rules Q&A
- Q: Also, Toturi nonexp is considered dishonored while he is the dynasty phase (which is why TA does not gain honor for bringing him out full) right? So he has a personal honor of 0 and Otomo Hoketuhime can reduce his honor requirement to - right?
A: Absolutely. Vaughn Derderian, "Rules for December 18th", 18 Dec 2000
