Rules Q&A
- Q: I saw this ruliing: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=90088
I was just wondering if the current wording on the Oracle of the Void changes this?
If this Personality is ever not Ratling: Destroy him. Once per turn, after this card enters your discard pile: You may put it face-up in your hand.
I think it should.
A: The errata to Asatte reverses the above ruling. Alex Jones, "Asatte", 18 Jun 2012 - Q: Does Assate lose its memory ("once per turn") after returning in my hand?
A: Yes (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Effects#Tracking_rule).
I believe this card predates the tracking rule, before anyone asks why the text and the rules outcome are so obviously contradictory. Zen Faulkes, "Asatte", 15 Apr 2011
