Regarding this; With two Morru, wouldn't you be able to discard the refilled card from the province and refill again with the second Morru? Or does an effect have to specify it discards from the province in order for the province to take the top card from the dynasty deck?
Example:
I have two Morru in play. I purchase a Pokupo (because he's awesome) and react with Morru #1, allowing me to refill that province face-up. It refills with something I don't want. The reaction 'step' to Pokupo's entering play hasn't finished yet, so I opt to react with Morru #2 to refill the province.
A: No.
The instruction "refill the province face-up" does not mean "Take a card from the top of your dynasty deck and place it face-up in the province". It merely means that the card you are about to place face-down into the province should instead be placed face-up. Alex Jones, "Multiple Morru's", 19 May 2010
