Rules Q&A
- Q: Just to make shure, if I try a flee the darkness that gets canceled with Fall on your kness, and the flee would be my third kiho, I can't put the ring of air in play and Shiba Yoma and Reichin's Helm does not get any bonus.
A: Correct. Martin Lund, "Rules for 24 May 2004", 27 May 2004 - Q: Hitomi Daisetsu, with Reichin's Helm attached, casts Chasing Osano-Wo on himself.
I *think* the timing is: Bow, Reichin's Trait, Chasing's Effects; so Daisetsu is 2F Base, +1F Reichin (printed), +1F Reichin's Trait, +6F Chasing (Daisetsu's 4F + 2PH).
A: Yup. Reichin's Helm triggers after all costs are paid and targets chosen, but before any Effects are produced. Martin Lund, "Rules for 20 April 2004", 22 Apr 2004
