Rules Q&A
- Q: I looked for this card on rule forum and didn't find anything.
Reinforce the Line says:
Before your next Action Phase begins, you may bring into play a face-up Personality in one of your provinces.
Does Personality being brought into play still need to be paid for?
A: Any cards brought into play must always be paid for, unless there is specific text in the effect bringing them into play such as "ignoring costs". Brook Cunningham, "Reinforce the Line", 22 Mar 2010
