Rules Q&A
- Q: Can you use At Your Command to move an attacking personality into a battle where there are no personalities defending, just a Garrison?
A: I can see where you're coming from, but I'm going to say that you can't use At Your Command. You (the controller of Garrison) are the only person who's allowed to use Garrison to satisfy Presence. For the purposes of actions that your opponents play, you are not considered to have a Unit there. Vaughn Derderian, "Post for June 19, 2003", 19 Jun 2003 - Q: I play alot of multi, but have a question that popped into my head recently...
Battle occurrs with several players. I am invited by both sides but dont send any units.
Can I still use At Your Command?
A: When invited as an ally by both Attacker and Defender, you may move units into either of their armies until such time as you finally do move or assign something. This "locks you in" to that one side only. Jeff Alexander, "post for 22 January 2003", 23 Jan 2003
