Rules Q&A
- Q: in response to this topic.
i have been wondering about this as well. i believe that what Kagetsume is asking is if i control no rings, can i target 1 shugenja or monk and give them +3 force or do i have to have a ring in order to play this?
A: The number of Personalities that you choose must be greater than or equal to one and less than or equal to the number of Rings you control. If you control no Rings, you cannot announce the action as no number of Personalities can satisfy that criteria. Alex Jones, "Attuned to the Elements", 11 Oct 2010
