My question is this. If another holding is both a port and market (say Seaside Bazaar) does it get counted twice?
A: Just once.
You'd need wording such as "plus 1 Gold for each other Holding you control that is a Market and 1 Gold for each other Holding you control that is a Port," for your interpretation. Basically, does it count the number of holdings that have any of those keywords, or does it count the number of keywords?
