Rules Q&A
- Q: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=83011
I am a little confused. I was under the impression that since both versions of Tashime have the same name and both have the Unique keyword, you cannot have both in play unless the exp overlays the non-exp. I understand that I can have 4 Doji Ayano's in play, 3x the non-unique and 1x the unique, but all versions of Tashime are unique. Have I been playing wrong for all these years?
A: Fixed. Apologies for the error. Dan Jacobson, "Both Seppun Tashime in play", 18 Apr 2010 - Q: I read the rules on Unique and Experienced personalities, but I can't figure this one out.
If I have both Seppun Tashime, and Seppun Tashime XP in my deck, can both be in play at the same time as different units, or the only option is to overlay the XP on the other one?
A: EDIT: Right, both are unique. You cannot have more than one Unique card with the same title in play under your control at the same time. You may not have both in play at once. You may of course overlay the XP Seppun Tashime onto basic Seppun Tashime. Dan Jacobson, "Both Seppun Tashime in play", 18 Apr 2010
