- Q: If I use Enticement to take control of another player's Shiba Ningen (Experienced 3) during my turn, and then I use his ability to create a personality... (if) the personality I created is not destroyed, can the owner of the card use the ability again after he regains control of Ningen?
A: Yes.
A new player is not using the ability "again". Also, references to "you" checks who initiated that particular action. Precedent: Isawa Fosuta (Experienced):
