Q: I have yet to see a non-foil Tsi Smith or Shinsei's Last Hope. Do they exist, and will we be able to get ahold of them if they do?
A: Only foil versions exist. I'll see about annotating the rest of your list. Jeff Alexander, "post for 23 April 2003", 24 Apr 2003
Q: Shinsei's Last Hope: (C)an I use both reactions when attaching 1 follower?
A: Yes. Zen Faulkes, "Equip action and Honor requirement", 29 Sep 2007
Q: Shinsei's Last Hope + Supply Outpost: A personality in a province, a random 4 cost follower in my hand, and sufficient gold to pay for the personality. (C)an I use the Shinsei's Last Hope to reduce the cost to 2 and then claim the 3 gold reduction from Supply outpost(?)
A: No. The trigger for Supply Outpost is before Shinsei's Last Hope and must always be played first. Zen Faulkes, "Reducing costs", 28 Sep 2007
