- Erratum: Reads, "Shiro Mirumoto 7PS 4GP 5FH Your Dragon Clan Samurai may attach two Weapons. Limited: Once per turn, bow one of your Personalities with more than 3 Chi to draw a card." [MRP, Diamond Edition, 27 October 2003] Rules Archive, August 18, 2007, p. 151
Rules Q&A
- Q: If one were to attach a Blade of slaughter to a samurai under Shiro Mirumoto, then follow up with a Blessed sword, the sequence of events would go: Personality becomes dishonored by the Shame Sword. Personality attaches Blessed Sword, creating a 1 point honor gain. The honor gain is negated, instead rehonoring the personality. This then gives the Shame Sword a +2/+2, and preventing future dishonor.
Is this the case?
A: Yes. Jeff Alexander, "post for 12 March 2003", 13 Mar 2003 - Q: I was reading through the digest and thought up a question. If you have the Ring of Void in play, and use the special ability on the Shiro Mirumoto stronghold, do you draw only one card, or can you draw 5? If only one, not great, but with 5, that can get very sickly. First, empty your hand, then refill and attack. Thanks!
A: The Ring of the Void can only provide its benefit during the End Phase, by its own text. Jeff Alexander, "post for 29 January 2002", 30 Jan 2002
