Rules Q&A
- Q: Since the last Herald was released before Broken Blades, do Hanabi and Shousa become legal when Broken Blades becomes legal or is it 30 days after the release of the Herald?
A: Promo cards become legal along with the next full set that becomes legal. Hanabi, etc. can be used when Broken Blades can. Jeff Alexander, "post for 3 September 2002", 4 Sep 2002
