Rules Q&A
- Q: 3. Is Silent War a Delayed or Immediate Terrain?
A: Terrains are delayed unless otherwise specified, from what I recall of the dark days before Immediate and Delayed Terrain traits were printed on all terrains. Martin Lund, "Rules for 4 June 2004", 6 Jun 2004
