• Q: Can Soshi Tishi XP prevent personalities rehonouring during battle resolution by negating the honour gain from destroying an opposing army (be it via a win or a tie)?
  A: No.
  Rehonoring during battle (http://rules.l5r.com/Battles#Resolution_Segment) has the same trigger as the Experienced Sosho Tishi, but rulebook effects (C in http://rules.l5r.com/Timing#Resolving_timing_conflicts) come well before Reactions (F in http://rules.l5r.com/Timing#Resolving_timing_conflicts). • Q: a) could Soshi Tishi negate gain from Vigiliance Keep? I assume yes - althouth it isn't stated on card, text implies that honor gain happens in Resolution Segment.

  A: It's still during, so he could negate the Standard Bearers gain. The battle doesn't end until three steps after the Resolution Segment ends:
