Rules Q&A
- Q: During a battle, my opponent plays the terrain Crippling Weather. I have a bowed monk in the battle and want to use Spinning Heel Kick to straighten him to perform one with the flame. Is he able to do so? or will he just bow again after spinning heel kick resolves?
A: The latter. Brook Cunningham, "Additional actions and resolution confusion", 26 Feb 2011
