Rules Q&A
- Q: I think L5R and SW:CCG did the pauper balance the best. I killed Vader so many times with Beru Lars that my friend ripped up my copy of the poor woman, and it's pretty easy to make a fast Shadowlands or Toturi's Army deck on the very cheap. Rares make it easier, sure, but that Thunder probably ain't going to stand alone again a bunch of goblins packing Charge in the fate hand. MtG very rapidly descended into 'whale players win'.
A: Mmhmm. Luck really played into it, though, for better and worse. Unofficial answer: saaam, "Oracle of the Void #rules", 20 Mar 2023
