Rules Q&A
- Q: Can the weapon created by Tetsubo of Earth be sent into a player's hand by Stolen Property?
A: You can target the weapon, but it'll vanish once it tries to go to the hand, because created cards don't exist out of play. http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Card_features#Created_cards Zen Faulkes, "Tetsubo of Earth vs Stolen Property", 28 Sep 2010 - Q: Hello. I was wandering if I can use Stolen Property to put back in my hand a Friendly Traveler Sake that I played. According to Friendly Traveler Sake the opponent is the controller of the card but i'm still the owner. Thank you in advance.
Friendly Traveler Sake: Sake (This card is controlled by the controller of the Personality it is attached to). Limited: Transfer this card to a target Personality controlled by another player. It if attaches, gain Honor equal to the Personality's Personal Honor.
Stolen Property: Battle/Open: Target your Magistrate: Put another player's target attachment into its owner's hand. You may take an additional action appropriate to this phase.
A: Yes, this works as you suggest. Dan Jacobson, "Stolen Property + Friendly Traveler's Sake", 2 Feb 2010
