Rules Q&A
- Q: From Thunder Dragon Bay, is it possible during battle to double the ranged attack with Storm of Arrows or Sniping? Even though it's on the stronghold and not a personality?
A: Storm of Arrows technically shouldn't work, because Strongholds weren't considered "cards" until Emperor or so, I think? However, I don't believe I meticulously Oracle'd every card that referred to a "card" to say "non-Stronghold card", so there may be a current loophole there. 😛 Brook Cunningham, "Oracle of the Void #rules", 27 Aug 2023
