Rulings
- You may use it to look at any face-down card in any deck, any province, or any other area that holds facedown cards. [The Plague War rulesheet] Comprehensive Rules, Celestial Edition, with specific card rulings, final version, February 2012, p. 156
Rules Q&A
- Q: Since all cards in decks are "face down" can I ask to see the 5th, 8th, 20th, etc. card from the top of my opponents deck?
A: No rule limits you to looking only at the top card. I am reluctant to say more, as being more specific will be a floor rule question, and those are handled here: viewtopic.php?f=66&t=73545 Zen Faulkes, "Talisman of Yume Do", 21 Jan 2011
