Rules Q&A
- Q: [OBH] Looking at cancel actions: The Fog of War: can it be used outside of battle?
A: No. Wording implicitly requires the existence of a current battlefield to verify the condition that the player has no units there. Brook Cunningham, "Sun and Moon #rules-questions", 21 May 2026
