Rules Q&A
- Q: I'm like 90% certain that's how it would work. If you played all Wealth tokens as +1 GP Wealth tokens, cards like The Mikado, Secluded Waystation, Forest Killer Cavern would always count double. Considering that would break the intent of this:
A: Hm. Pre-Coils of Madness, the gold production bonus from Wealth tokens was granted by the card that creates the Wealth token. As of CoM, effects that create Wealth tokens all create +1GP Wealth tokens.
So there's a disconnect between them.
