Akodo Dairuko: Reaction: Even if Dairuko is bowed, before the resolution of a battle at her battlefield: Dairuko rallies her troops. That battle's resolution will not bow cards in your army.
Now if I Perfect Moment after an attack and use Dairuko's r at the end of the battle, am I able to TPM again and assign Dairuko again?
A: Indeed you may. Nothing prevents the interaction you describe. Brook Cunningham, "Perfect Moment and assigning twice", 4 Jul 2013 - Q: Rebuilding the Empire states:
Ambush
Retribution
The Perfect Moment
Question: By "he may not declare an attack", which of the following are not possible until that players next turn begins (please choose all that apply), A. Declare an attack (for the attack phase) B. Ambush C. Retribution D. The Perfect Moment
Thank you!
A: Creating an Attack Phase and declaring an attack are essentially the same thing, as seen here. That is, if you Create an Attack Phase, declaring it comes part and parcel with it. And if you can't do the latter, you can't create the former.
Fighting a battle and creating battlefields, however, without an accompanying Attack Phase, are separate effects.
So, in answer to your question, only "B" is legal in your scenario. A, C, and D are not. Brook Cunningham, "Clarification on Rebuilding the Empire", 9 Apr 2012 - Q: If I use The Perfect Moment: May I assign to multiple provinces? May I choose which one I destroy, or does it have to be the first one I win? Can I still destroy the defending army even though the province will not be destroyed? I believe that you can assign to multiple provinces and you can destroy armies if they defend. But, I believe that you cannot choose which province is destroyed, it will be the first one you have enough force since the card does not give you a choice. Please correct me if I am wrong.
(The question is because of a player who wishes to use Plains of the Maiden and wants to gain extra honor.)
The Perfect Moment Reaction: After the end of an Attack Phase in which you were the Defender: Create an additional Attack Phase with the previous phase's Attacker as the Defender. During this Attack Phase, you will not destroy more than one of the Defender's provinces, and your Personalities may not assign and will not move unless they are Paragons or Battle Maidens.
A: 1. Yes 2. It must be the first one that meets the conditions for destruction 3. Yes Jon Palmer, "The Perfect Moment confusion", 2 Apr 2012 - Q: Does playing "The Perfect Moment" counts towards the entering play requirement of Ring of Void?

Ring of the Void After you resolve your fourth or later non-Kiho action from Strategies in one phase: You may put this card into play from your hand.
A: The Perfect Moment is played after the end of an Attack Phase, but creates a new Attack Phase that it is not itself a part of. Therefore it will not "count" towards Ring of the Void's four-card requirement. Jon Palmer, "The Perfect Moment + Void", 19 Feb 2012 - Q: Player A reacts to the end of a battle phase with The Perfect Moment. Throughout this additional battle phase he plays three battle strategies and then tries to drop Ring of the Void. His argument is that The Perfect Moment counts as one of the four battle strategies. Player B disallows it and explains that the new battle phase didn't exist until after TPM was played and hence could not have been played "during" said phase. Player B says player A would have to play an additional battle strategy to meet RotV's coming-into-play requirements.
Who is correct?
A: The Perfect Moment could not be used towards one of the strategies for the Ring of The Void. The rules for "additional" segments (http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Glossary_A#Addi ... or_segment) clearly state that the additional phase occurs after the action that created it has ended.
1. Play The Perfect Moment. Effects resolve, including a delayed effect creating new Attack Phase.
2. The Perfect Moment ends.
3. New Attack Phase - start counting strategies for Ring of the Void. Zen Faulkes, "The Perfect Moment and Ring of the Void", 24 Sep 2011
