Rules Q&A
- Q: [OBH] I didn't notice it but The Wrath of Kali-Ma was/is banned?
A: Not in OBH generally by its current Format-specific Rules, only in Celestial Edition. That said, when Kempy organizes OBH Tournaments here in the Discord, as TO he has the prerogative and will sometimes post additional bans or Rules tweaks as he sees fit, though I don't think a Kali-ma ban has ever been one of those in the past.
