• Q: Tik'tek's battle action states:
  Battle: Discard the top 3 cards of your Fate deck: Once per turn, the enemy leader discards the top 3 cards of his Fate deck.
  Does the "Once per turn" clause refer only to the effect of forcing the enemy leader to discard cards, or does this also refer to paying the cost of discarding cards. In other words, how many times can I choose to pay the cost of this action?
  A: In its location on this card, "Once per turn" is a restriction on the whole action. If you have already used it the maximum number of times, it is illegal to announce (and, naturally, illegal to pay for). Jeff Alexander, "Tik'tek: paying costs", 9 Apr 2005
• Q: If Tik'tek is in a battle and uses his ability to toss three cards off your Fate deck to make the enemy leader toss 3 cards off their Fate deck, and Zamalash is in your Home, can Zamalash copy the action, or does he also have to be in a battle?
  A: The Reaction causes him to perform the Battle action. That Battle Action still needs to be legal - abiding targeting restrictions, costs, and the Rule of Relevance.
  If Tik'tek isn't in the Current Battle, his ability fails to meet the Rule of Relevance.
