Rules Q&A
- Q: It looks like Hoshi Oki and Hoshi Masujiro moved to be Togashi Oki and Togashi Masujiro. Is this a MRP change, or is it something they just didn't reference? They use the same art, and the Hoshi versions don't show up on a search for 'Dragon' clan and 'Personality' in the Oracle. They're not completely identical, Hoshi Oki doesn't have the Tattooed trait.
A: Togashi Masujiro is definitely a MRP-name-change. Oki is a little grayer, since her Togashi version was really never legal outside of War of Honor. Still, despite that, I would say the Togashi would still be her MRP in Open/Modern Format; the War of Honor cards didn't have any sort of Seige of Sleeping Moutnain exception to them being MRPs that I can recall offhand.
