Rules Q&A
- Q: Togashi Sakata: Is the Sake token supposed to be +1F or is it just a +0F Sake token?
A: http://rules.l5r.com/CE_Special_wording ... njunctions: "Modifiers attached to a phrase in the form of "a [modifier] X or Y" or "a X and Y [modifier]" modify both things in that phrase."
+1 is a modifer, applying to both types of tokens. Zen Faulkes, "Clarification onf Togashi Sakata", 29 May 2011
