Rules Q&A
- Q: 2. I just want to confirm that attaching a spell doesn't bow the shujenga, but when you use the spell, it does (depending on the text of the spell?) ex- Touching the Elements, when using it, only the spell bows?
A: Attaching Spells does not bow the Shugenja. Casting Spells costs whatever the ability lists as a cost. Some say to bow the Shugenja. Some say to bow the Spell. Some say neither. Go with the card text. Martin Lund, "some questions", 21 Mar 2005
